Max & Me Estate Cabernet Sauvignonis a complex wine from our Boongarrie Estate 'Bottom Block', planted in 1998. It is an East-facing ironstone-underlain block with a pick date of 26/03/2021. This Cabernet Sauvignon has a deep, rich flavor that is sure to please. Elevage and maturation was in French oak hogsheads and puncheons for 18 months prior to bottling, giving it a smooth and balanced finish.
